Who we are
Aune Atlantic Lda. (“Aune”, “we”) makes and sells skincare from Travessa da Maré 7, 2750-310 Cascais, Portugal. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions about privacy go to hello@aune.pt.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
When you browse: basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, collected only with your consent where the law requires it.
When you write to us: the details you send and our replies.
Why we use it
To deliver your order and handle returns (contract). To send the monthly letter if you ask for it (consent, withdraw any time). To keep accounts and prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interest). To improve the site with aggregated analytics (consent).help page are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
How long we keep it
Order records for ten years, as Portuguese tax law requires. Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Customer-care messages for three years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@aune.pt. You can also complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), the Portuguese data protection authority.

We use essential cookies to keep your bag and checkout working, and analytics cookies only if you accept them.
